Design is my main service, and maintenance and checkups are how I help protect that work for the clients whose landscapes I have designed and installed. It is a more attentive, more personal kind of care for homeowners who want someone who truly notices how the planting is performing and acts before small issues become big ones.

I offer maintenance for the landscapes I have personally designed and installed. I do that on purpose, so I can stand behind the work, understand every plant choice, and care for the property to the standard we set together. It keeps the service consistent and personal, and it means nothing about your garden is a mystery to the person looking after it.
What Maintenance and Checkups Include
This is ongoing care for the overall presentation and health of your planting. It covers keeping the beds looking their best, watching how the landscape is performing, monitoring watering concerns, and carrying out light care and tidying where it is needed. The focus is on the planting and the way the property presents, looked after by someone who already knows what it should look like.
Peace of Mind for Seasonal Residents and Snowbirds
Many of my clients spend part of the year in Southwest Florida and part of the year up north or elsewhere. My checkup service is especially popular with seasonal homeowners and snowbirds who want to know the property is being watched over while they are away. You can travel knowing someone familiar with your landscape is keeping an eye on it, so you come home to a property that still looks cared for rather than neglected.
